HEALTH SAFETY ENVIRONMENT

Our vision of the business is based on the respect of our commitments and staff management. For LTM Industrie BIS Group, the process  Health, Safety, Environment, with a real continuous improvement state of mind, is a priority within our group, and it remains a vehicle for success :

TO ACHIEVE OUR GOALS :

• - To continue to lower the Frequency Rate and the Gravity Rate,
• - To continue to reduce the number of eyes and hands incidents & accidents,
• - To continue the replacement of chemical products used to reduce the dangerousness for the environment and our organic and non organic staff

IMPLEMENTATION OF MEANS SUCH AS :

• - Our HSE management system based on the common reference MASE/UIC system and  on the respect for the regulations,
• - Our visits, our audits, our talks, to ckeck and monitor the application of our rules and thus determine the effectiveness of our system.

TO FULFIL OUR COMMITMENTS

• - To identify hazards and assess risks of accidents,
• - To identify our impacts on the health and the environment,
• - To prevent the identified risks,
• - To fight against addictions (alcohol, drugs),
• - To inform our customers about the asking for subcontracting,
• - To ensure that the HSE control of our subcontractors is quite equivalent to ours, or why not exceeds,
• - To use trained and authorized staff,
• - To limit the use of support staff to ensure our leadership capacity.

Our HSE purpose is to work to guarantee the preservation of the physical and mental integrity of the collaborators of LTM industrie BIS Group, by protecting the environment and reach the zero accident.
